As a full-service salon, we go the extra mile to ensure your experience is hassle-free. Every service, including Sisterlocks™ and hair extension braiding, includes a shampoo service. Guest Policy:
To ensure a relaxing experience, we kindly request that clients do not bring additional guests including children due to limited space.
Children's Services:
On busier days, parents may be asked to wait in the lobby while their child receives services, allowing us to maintain a non-crowded salon environment.
Hair Removal:
Please arrive with previous hairstyles removed, or opt for our takedown service to avoid delays and additional fees.
Detangling Fee:
An extra fee will apply if hair is excessively matted or tangled (requiring more than 45 minutes to detangle)
Hair Length Requirement:
For braids and micro/Sisterlocks™ installs, hair must be a minimum of 3 inches in length to ensure the best results.

You can cancel and reschedule for free up to 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancelation or 100% for not showing up. These fees will not go towards your next service. If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be canceled and a no show fee will apply.

Yes. If your appointment is not confirmed within 24 hours of booking, the appointment will be canceled. A deposit is not required, so your card will not be charged until services are rendered.

Credit card on file via Fresha (booking app), in person credit card reader, Apple Pay, or exact cash. We do not accept Zelle, Cashapp, or any other payments

We do provide services for children ages 4 and up. If the child is unable to sit calmly for the duration of their service for any reason, the service will be discontinued and the guardian will be responsible for paying 60% of booked services.

We provide hair for all services listed in the “braids” section of our menu. Please list your desired hair color for your services or we will choose a #2 by default.
